Naeem Ijaz started Abdul-Moeed Textile Industry in Gujranwala around 2000, in a city built on textile knowledge and industrial discipline. He understood the craft, respected the process, and set one clear standard: produce prayer mats Pakistani households could rely on.
What began as a focused manufacturing operation has grown steadily into one of the region’s well-established jaynamaz producers. Today, with over 150 workers on the floor and a full production line covering everything from raw material dyeing to final stitching and quality inspection, AMTI handles the entire process in-house. His son Abdul Moeed Naeem now leads the business, keeping the same standards intact while expanding the range and bringing AMTI online.
